Hi there!
I'm writing to you, because I want to tell you about something new in my life. I started to lead more healthy life than before. I used to eat so much unhealthy and greasy food. I changed my menu, and I eat more vegetables and fruits. Other thing which was changed is form of spending my free time. After lessons I go on the pitch and I play basketball, football and sometimes tennis. Yes, I know, it sounds incredibly because I've been never playing sports, so it's important change, isn't it?
I was thinking for awhile and I devised that you can change this part of your life too! It's very important for your health. Please think about it, you'll surely live longer.
