Zawsze chciałam być nauczycielką klas początkowych. Kiedy byłam mała, moi rodzice pracowali do późna i opiekowała się mną wspaniała, młoda ciocia. Ciocia była właśnie nauczycielka klas początkowych. Dużo opowiadała mi o swoich wychowankach i zawsze zabierała mnie na bale karnawałowe i zabawy andrzejkowe. Pamiętam, jak co rano stałam przy oknie i machałam cioci idącej do szkoły. Marzyłam, że ja też w przyszłości będę każdego ranka lekkim krokiem udawać się do szkoły, gdzie będę uczyć.
Uważam, że mam wszystkie cechy typowe dla dobrego nauczyciela. Jestem cierpliwa, wyrozumiała, tolerancyjna. Jedną ważną cechą która może mi utrudniać pracę jest to, że szybko i łatwo przywiązuje się emocjonalnie.
Bardzo lubię dzieci. Nigdy mnie nie irytują, nawet kiedy zasypują mnie pytaniami, również takimi, na które nie umiem odpowiedzieć. Nigdy się też nie nudzę w ich obecności. Dzieci mają wspaniałą wyobraźnię, niezwykłe, absurdalne poczucie humoru, niezwykłą życiową mądrość. Chciałabym towarzyszyć dzieciom w czasie, gdy zaczynają zdobywać wiedzę. Pragnę przekazywać im radość, jaką można czerpać z czytania i samodzielnego zdobywania wiedzy. Marzę, że pod moją opieką będą się rozwijać ich talenty i zainteresowania.
Chciałabym, aby dzieci, których będę nauczycielka czuły się w klasie szczęśliwe. Oprócz realizowania programu szkolnego będę im czytać ciekawe książki i puszczać piękne filmy. Na wiosnę na pewno znajdę czas na spacery do parku, a może nawet na założenie własnego ogródka koło szkoły. W zimie będę zabierać dzieciaki do kina i do fabryki świątecznych bombek.
Wiem, że większość moich rówieśników marzy o bardziej spektakularnym zawodzie. Dziewczęta chcą być aktorkami filmowymi, chłopcy - gwiazdami sportu. Jednak wiem, że dla mnie nie byłoby większej satysfakcji niż uśmiech na twarzy malucha i własnoręcznie wykonana laurka na Dzień Nauczyciela.

Children have a splendid imagination, an unusual, absurd sense of humour, an unusual vital wisdom. I would like to accompany to children in time, when they begin to gain knowledge. I wish to transfer them the joy, which can be drawn from the reading and the independent knowledge acquisition. I dream that under my care will be developed their {them} talents and interests.
I would like, that children whose I will be the teacher sensitive myself in class happy {lucky}. Except realizing of the school curriculum I will read them curious {interesting} books and to release beautiful films. In spring surely I will find a time on walks to the park, and perhaps {can} even on the foundation of the own garden near the school. In the winter I will take children to the cinema and to the factory of festive balls.
I know that the most of my contemporaries dreams about the more spectacular occupation {disappointment}. Girls want to be with film-actresses , boys - with sports stars. However I know that would not be there for me the greater satisfaction than the smile on the face of the pre-school child and the personally performed {executed} congratulatory scroll per day the Teacher.
