The pay because i’m a hardworking person and I think it wouldn’t be fair if I would be payed only a little.
The atmosphere because I can’t focus when people around me are unkind and rude.
Good working conditions because I couldn’t work in dangerous, dirty or neglected condition. I would be scared of my health.
