Dear Mr Timothy Dalway,
I am writing to complain about the (1) unacceptable(accept)
treatment which l received in your restaurant last Saturday.
First, on our (2) arrival (arrive), we were informed that
our table had been (3) mistakingly (mistake) double-booked
and was already occupied. After 10 minutes, we were offered
another table but close to the (4) entrance (enter). The noise of the slammed door and the cold draft were quite (5) annoying (annoy) for the whole evening
Secondly, when the (6)misunderstanding (understand) with the table was clarified, a waitress approached and, to my (7) astonishment (astonish), wanted to take our orders although had ordered the whole menu for that evening when I was booking the table. Therefore, we had to wait for the dishes for 40 minutes. I would also like to draw your attention to the fact that the staff were (8) unwilling (will) to explain anything. Moreover, they did not respond to my request to talk to the restaurant manager Summing up, I suggest you should provide your staff with proper
training to prevent such incompetent (9) behaviour (behave) in the future. Moreover, believe that the sequence (10) displeasure (please) situations whicnexperienced in vour
restaurant entitles me to financial compensation.
