It ______ (happen) five years ago. I _____ (go) to Canada on a solo camping trip. I _____ (fly) there from my home town, London. When I _____ (arrive), I _____ (stop) off at a store and ____ (buy) enough dry food to last me for the nine days and nights I was staying. I was going to a huge forest. There were streams in the area, so I _____ (have) access to fresh water. I ____ (set) off in wonderful weather. I _____ (feel) good about things. As I _____ (walk) along, I _____ (whistle) or ______(sing). I _____ (see) moose, deer and - a bear, in the distance, thankfully! I _____ (not see) another person. Nobody at all. I _____ (take) photos with my specialist camera and with my mobile phone. It was bliss, just myself and the elements. I _____ (have) the best time ever and _____ (return) home feeling refreshed and in love with my life. So, what was freaky? When I _____ (develop) the photos on my camera, there were nine of me asleep in my sleeping bag. One photo for each night I was there. I swear to you, there was no-one else anywhere near me on that trip. Now, what do you make of that? Pretty spooky, eh?
