On large pan, fry chopped onion. Add squeezed garlic, finely chopped red bell pepper and spices (salt, sweet chilli adn cinamon). Fry for about 2 minutes. Then add minced meat, mix well and the fry until golden brown. Then add tomato puree and simmer for about 30 minutes (add watr if needed). When the sauce gets thick and the meet will be tender, add red beans and canned corn. Eat with rice cooked according to the recipe on the package.
