Wyjaśnienie:

Past Simple jest czasem przeszłym dokonanym (jakaś czynność zakończyła się w przeszłości i już nie trwa) - mówi kiedy coś się stało. Nie skupiamy sie na czasie trwania czynności, lecz na tym, że dana czynność została wykonana.

UWAGA! Po operatorze "did" nie zmieniamy formy najbliższego czasownika, przykład złego użycia did: "Did I saw you last week?" - to jest forma niepoprawna!

Budowa zdania wygląda w ten sposób:

Did + podmiot + czasownik w I formie

przykład: "Did you see him yesterday?" - "Widziałeś go wczoraj?"
