I usually make plans with friends by WhatsApp. We make a group chat and talk about the time or place of the meeting. When someone has a problem or want to ask for something, he can just write it on the group chat and someone will answer it. We also use it to tell the others, that we are already at the meeting point. Sometimes we also use Snapchat, because it has got a better quality video calls than WhatsApp. On Snapchat we can also use funny filters when we are talking on a face cam. However, the most of the time it's easier to just send a SMS.
