Try eating healthier. Stop eating sweets and fast food. Make yourself list to check how many calories have you eaten and start eating 1500-1700 calories per day to lose weight and 1800-2000 if you want to keep your weight. Dear Ann you have to remember DO NOT STARVE YOURSELF BECAUSE IT WILL NOT HELP AND IT WILL MAKE YOU FEEL WEEK.

You could start working out. You can go run to the park, try doing small workouts from YouTube like push-ups or some squads.
