I am looking for a flat to rent. I don't need a big apartment but rather a small cosy flat on the ground floor.
It needs to be furnished. I need to have some pieces of modern furniture, there has to be a fridge and an oven in the kitchen. Moreover, I'd like a bath rather than shower. Finally, there jas to be a balcony because I love growing flowers.
