Hi, my name is Marcel and I work in London. I often talk about my job because I like it a lot. I am responsible for food and planning. The fruit and vegetables arrive early every Monday morning. We always start cooking until about nine a.m. There are four people who work with me - two waiters and two kitchen assistants. The restaurant opens at midday and the first customers arrive soon after. I have a break in the afternoon then work until 10.30, when the last customers leave. At the weekend I work until twelve. It's really long day, but I love it.
