I think the most important characteristic in a job is nice workplace. If you don't have a good workplace you want do as well as in a clean room. The air conditioning is very important in the summer when you are working. If it's hot you can get frustrated easily. I also think that it's better if you have your own office.
I think the least important characteristic in a job is challanges. If you know what you want to achive you don't need to set any special challanges. I think it's just a waste of time. It's also not necessary and doesn't help you a lot.
