Mona Lisa - oil painting painted on a poplar board by Leonardo da Vinci, an artist of the Italian Renaissance. The painting was made in the years 1503–1507; it is currently located in the Louvre in Paris, and remains the property of the French government. The work was put on permanent display at the Louvre in 1797.
Starry Night - oil painting by Vincent van Gogh, painted in June 1889 during the artist's stay in Saint-Rémy on voluntary psychiatric therapy.
