1. Good health is really important, if we eat healthy, we live longer.
2. The best foods are the natural ones, like fruits, vegetables, meat, and things that come from animals (of course i understand that we are trying to lower killing animals, but still things that come from the animals are good for our health). And for drinking, i just recommend water.
3. You shouldn't eat fast foods, and meat from unknown places. You shouldn't drink chemical drinks, like pepsi, fanta etc.
4. You have to exercise to burn weight that you gain with eating.
5. You can: run, go to a gym, or do some pushups at home
6. You should sleep 6-9 hours
