I think, recycled computer equipment is a problem.
Broken computer is difficult to repair and buying a new one is extensive. Buying recycled parts is definitely cheaper but we have no idea in what condition they are. Buying new parts are more reliable and we are sure that it won't break easily and it will last longer. In fact , recycled computer equipment could slow down our computer.
