Hope you are well! I've recently heard from your brother that you are planning to go on a trip with the lokal travel agent, i advise book with them.
First of all, the travel agent said that the price of our accommodation included three meals a day.
Unfortunately, in London, it turned out that only two meals were included. As a result, I had to spend a lot of money on food.
Another problem was the apartment it had a horrible stench and the room wasn't cleaned properly.
This travel agency turned out to be very unreliable, so i think it would be best if you booked with the one in the shopping centre near your house. I've heard that they are very professional.
