The item I bought was a laptop. I got it about two weeks ago, at first it worked prefectly, but two days after the purchase the battery became much worse, after a week the battery was so weak, that I could only use my laptop for 10 minutes. I forgot to add that the charging doesn't work and I cant turn it on! I'm really dissapointed with the results, I expected a really good laptop I could use for work, as this laptop was quite expensive. Another problem was the delivery, it was delayed a week, and the box was damaged! The package was slightly open, which worried me the second I got the laptop. I really expected a good-working laptop, the description of the laptop was really good, which made my expectations high. I hope that everything will soon be sorted out.
