No, I would not. Meat is one of the most important sources providing many nutrients. I like the taste of meat, or meat cooked in different ways. Besides, meat is very healthy, it contains a lot of protein, some vitamins and especially iron, which is very important especially for women. The fashion for being vegan will pass, and the effects of this diet will last for years. When it comes to ethical issues, there are no concerns. The meat we buy in the shop comes from HUMAN bred animals. The animals are killed in a humane manner. Remember, humans are omnivores, which means meat is also an integral part of our diet.

In my opinion, a vegetarian diet is bad because there is a risk of vitamin deficiency. This risk concerns vitamin D and B12 (not found in plant products). They should therefore supplement their diet with pharmaceutical preparations.
