First of all, how much will the rent be per month? I'm willing to negotiate about the price you're offering.
Second question, how well is the flat furnished? Is there a proper kitchen set, with maybe an oven? What about a washing machine?
Another thing, is there any furniture? If so, what exactly do you have?
And final question, how far is it from the city center?
