I’ve recently bought a new phone. It has got a big screen, which I find particularly important since my sight has worsened. There is a black button on the bottom that can be used whenever you want to close down any app. However, I am very unlucky. I got a faulty one. Whenever I want to charge it, after connecting the phone to the charger, a short circuit occurs. I was forced to make a complaint so as to receive a new phone. I wish I hadn’t had to do it but I understand that these things happen sometimes. Leave a comment.
