I am reading the blog of a man whose parents divorced when he was a child. He left the USA and went to live in Ireland with his mum and stepfather. He still had contact with his dad but, sadly, he lost touch with his other relatives. He missed his grandmother very much. He grew up, started his own family and then moved back to a different part of the USA. One day, his friendly new neighbours invited him to their Thanksgiving Day celebrations. When he arrived, an elderly woman welcomed him and he recognised her immediately. It was his grandmother! And his neighbour is his younger cousin! How weird is that!
