I'm sorry but i can't go outside today.

During the last football mach I has got contused and I sprained my ankle.

I'm good but it hurt and i can't stand and walk.

What about next week?

Unfortunately, I will not be able to go out with you because I fell over during the competition and it turned out that I broke my arm. I am currently in the hospital and are still being examined.
