I would like to become a recruiter. I really enjoy talking with people about their experience. I think the best step to approach it is to follow famous people from HR on Linkedin. One of the most important features for recruiters is curiosity. I am very curios and I can learn quickly. I think that my knowledge at the moment is really outstanding. I would like to find my first job as a recruiter in agency. There is a lot of agencies in Poland, and they are ready to hire people without any previous experience. I am going to make any effort to approach my goal. It's my future and I am rready to sacrifiace almost everything to feel fulffiled. Why is curiosity so important? Recruiters need to learn new things, and new ways to find, source new candidates. I think I'm good fit for this role.
