I walked into the room and started to smile. Right next to my bed, i saw exactly the gift for christmas i always wanted. I never actually believed in Santa, but nevertheless i still love christmas because of all the family gatherings and conversations we have together, and of course, the presents!
As i unpacked it in excitement, my parents sneaked into the room to see my reaction to what they got me. After i finished digging through the paper, i saw a beautiful, brand new laptop!
I noticed my parents watching me behind my back, smiling. I ran to them and immediately thanked them for the gift they got me. As always, they said that it wasn't them that brought it, that it was Santa Claus.
I just nodded, since i didn't know how to respond to that, and got right back to the laptop so i could try it out.
