my name is ..... and I'm writing to you to express my displeasure after visiting Gainesville Health & Fitness Centre.
I have found that the advertisement of the Centre is not exactly true. When I arrived at the Gainesville Centre, I had my expectations quite high. After your rude and impolite receptionist informed me, that my 7 year old daughter could not join me in the fitness class (it does not say so in your advertisement), I was a little shocked. I was also very sad to find out that your building is not open 24/7, what made me leave way earlier than I planned. Also I noticed that the promised TVs on cardio equipment are not working.
I am very disappointed in the service you and your staff provided me. It was a very unpleasant experience for me and I will make sure not to recommend Gainesville Centre to my friends and family.
I would also like you to fix the problems that I have elaborated on and stay true to what you advertise.
