I am renting an apartment in the suburbs / outskirts of a big city in a nice but noisy neighborhood. The man who rents my apartment charges me $ 1,000 a month. The apartment is on the ground floor, has three rooms, a garage and a garden where I have to mow the grass. The kitchen is equipped with a gas cooker, microwave oven, refrigerator and a table with chairs. The fridge has a freezer and the gas cooker has an oven. There are white walls and wooden floors throughout the apartment. I have a huge sofa and carpet in the living room. There is a flat screen TV / plasma on the dresser. Another advantage is the paintings on the walls, a fireplace and air conditioning. My bedroom has a bed and a huge wardrobe. Walls are white. I also have a sheet, decorative pillows and pillows for sleeping, a blanket and a duvet. The bathroom has nice towels and a lovely little rug. I'm organizing a housewarming party next week, so I have to dust the furniture, vacuum it, wash it, iron it, do the laundry and throw away the rubbish. Luckily I have a washing machine, dishwasher and vacuum cleaner otherwise I would have to sweep the floor. My neighbor, who lives across the street from me in a row house, has a hand with plants, so she will plant flowers for me. My father-in-law lives in a twin house, he didn't get an invitation. My mother-in-law lives in the basement after the last quarrel with my brother-in-law, so she will help me set the table and clean up and decorate a large, spacious room. In exchange for help, I will buy her a country house without an elevator or a one-story house.
