Two years ago, i was working six days a week, sometimes for 10-12 hours a day. One day while i was working as usual, i felt a pain in my chest. I thought it might be a heart attack. Thankfully, when the ambulance arrived, I was feeling a lot better. It wasn't a heart attack, it was stress- i had it because I was working too hard. After that experience, I decided to work less. i knew that i needed to relax more so i took up meditation. Now i meditate before breakfast every morning and i feel a lot less stressed as s result!
