1. I find it really interesting idea and there are probably cases in which that solution works and it increases efficiency of courts.
However in my opinion teenagers shouldn't try teenagers because they have no such experience as a lawyer has and because of that reason tried teenagers can be wrongly declared guilty.
2. I wouldn't like to work as a lawyer because they must learn by heart big amount of stuff and I'am unfitted for it.
