Dear restaurant owner
I am writing to complain about unacceptable treatment which ME and my friend received in your restaurant on Saturday evening.
First of all , the waiter walked so slow as my custemers were waiting to order meals from menu. His behaviour was not appropriate for the situation . Therefore , we had to wait for dishes fo 45 minutes
The music was annoying due to the fact that we are not used to listening to music instruments played by inexperienced musicians .
Moreover , the waiter had made a mistake and gave us wrong bill.
I d like to express my strong dissatisfaction to owner of this restaurant.
I suggest you to fired that person who worked incompetently that night
I would appreciate it if you provided me with full explanation and guarantee me that kind of situation will not happen anymore
