Thanks for you letter. I think I can help you with your problem. I've asked my mum how to treat flu and here is her advice.
Don't go outside if you have a fever. You should stay in bed. If you have a headache and a runny nose, take a lot of vitamin C and drink a lot of water. You could also drink hot tea with lemon, honey and ginger. I recommend going to the doctor if you feel sick in two days. Remember it's serious.
And one more think you had better relax and sleep a lot.
