A few weeks ago I have bought an MP3 player. Despite the seller's assurance that the product will arive in two days, the time of shipping was a lot longer than I expected.
After I finally received the product, I realized that it didn't work well. It has a bad sound quality to the point that I can't ignore it anymore.
I think that the best way to solve the problem for me is to send it back and get a money refund as the product did not meet my expectations and has a defect.
