I'm writing to you to inform you what happened to me and my disabled friend. She has been using a wheelchair for 15 years but such an unpleasing event happened to her for the first time.
She has been told she couldn't watch the paintings in the main hall because her wheelchair could damage the paintings. After a short conversation with the staff we were told we had to leave the museum even though we haven't seen all the things we wanted.
We demand an apology and our money back. We don't want to come back to your place after what happened to us so please don't give us back the tickets.
