Sieve flour into the bowl. Add sugar, salt, melted butter, (gook???), and 1/3 quantities of milk. Mix using a whisk, while gradually pouring in the rest of the milk. Put the cake back back in 10 minutes. in the meantime, heat the waffle iron up to the maximum power. Whip the egg whites until stiff. With a pinch of salt, mix it gently with the cake. Bake waffles for about 5 -7 minutes, putting the small amount of the cake. After about 3 minutes lightly open the waffle iron for 3 seconds. Before making another waffle heat up the iron to the maximum temperature again. You can chill the waffles, though they're best right after baking. You may now: sprinkle with icing sugar, cover with whipped cream, top with fruits, or use strawberry sauce.
