I was thinking that we could get together and clean up the area around the river. Everyone could get a rubbish bag and collect as much as they can. Then, we could put up signs that will stop people from throwing rubbish everywhere. Maybe we should also ask the local government to place more trash cans in this area? I think it could help too.
