Dear Sir or Madam,
I am writing in reference to my studying in Oxford University. Next month I am moving to England and I would like to apply for particular conditions concerning my accommodation and food.
I am going to study English literature at the university and it begins on 1st October. This will be my first year at the university and that is why, I would like to improve my English from the very beginning. If there is a possibility of choice, I want to share a flat together with an English-speaking person. It could be a room in a youth hostel or in a dorm or a flat. It does not make any difference. The only thing I would like to ask for is its location. I would like to live as close to the university as possible since commuting is quite expensive in your country.
In addition, there is a problem with the food I eat. I am allergic to milk and all the products made of milk and I am on a special diet. I enclose the list of the things I can eat from my doctor.
I hope that all my conditions will be taken into consideration. I am looking forward to your reply.
